Catalyst India Workshop: Engaging Men in Gender Initiatives – February 4 in Delhi and February 6 in Bangalore
Catalyst invites you to two half-day workshops aimed at raising awareness about the critical role that men can play as change agents. The sessions, which include a presentation, panel discussion, and group activity, focus on breaking down barriers, enhancing engagement, and building networks of women and men to promote inclusion. Catalyst Census of Senior Officers in the Financial Post 500
As we round the corner towards International Women’s Day, the results of the Catalyst Census of Senior Officers in the FP500 will be released. These findings will be launched on February 19 throughout Canada and at an event hosted by Sodexo in Montreal. Monique F. Leroux, Chair of the Board, President and CEO, Desjardins Group, will provide a keynote address. Workshop: Does Doing All the Right Things Really Get Women Ahead?
Join Isabelle Kürschner, Catalyst Europe Ambassador to the Germanic Region, as she leads a workshop at the Leading Women Conference on February 28 in Hamburg. The workshop will focus on the Catalyst research series on High Potentials in the Pipeline. Topics include disparities in career advancement, the lack of high visibility for women in the workforce, and women not being given the opportunity to obtain critical roles in business. A classical and common mistake in the past was to send “middle managers” to a leadership program and hope that it would lead to changes within the entire company.
