Each spring, Catalyst hosts its signature fundraiser, the Catalyst Awards Dinner, in New York City. This gala dinner, a public celebration of the year’s Catalyst Award-winning initiatives, is one of the most prestigious and broadly attended events in the business community. Catalyst annually recognizes innovative organizational programs with proven, measurable results that promote the recruitment, development, and advancement of all women, including diverse women. At this event, Catalyst presents the Awards to the CEOs of companies with winning initiatives in front of a sold-out crowd.
On Tuesday, March 19, 2013, nearly 1,600 guests, including CEOs and other leading executives from top corporations and professional firms, gathered in the Grand Ballroom at The Waldorf Astoria in New York City for the Catalyst Awards Dinner. The event featured remarks by the 2013 Catalyst Awards Dinner Chair Denise Morrison, President & CEO, Campbell Soup Company; James S. Turley, Chair, Catalyst Board of Directors, and Chairman & CEO, Ernst & Young; and the CEOs of the 2013 Catalyst Award-winning initiatives from Alcoa Inc., The Coca-Cola Company, and Unilever.
