The Catalyst Canada Honours are awarded to individuals for their commitment and achievements toward the advancement of women in Canadian business. The champions were recognized at a dinner held at The Fairmont Royal York in Toronto and chaired by Bill Downe, President and Chief Executive Officer, BMO Financial Group. The Dinner was preceded by The Catalyst Canada Honours Conference.

In its third year, The Catalyst Canada Honours gathered over 650 guests, including more than 50 CEOs and heads of organizations. The event highlighted the achievements of this year’s champions and furthered the conversation around the importance of sponsorship. Speeches from Alex Johnston, Executive Director, Catalyst Canada, Deborah Gillis, Chief Operating Officer, Catalyst, and the Champions emphasized our mission of championing women in business.
