Department: Global Member Services
Reports to: Director of GMS
About Catalyst
Catalyst’s Global Member Services (GMS) Department offers a strategic consulting practice that stems from decades of Catalyst work to advance women in business and the professions. We work with companies to diagnose their workplace environment, develop strategies for comprehensive change initiatives, and plan and guide companies on strategic implementation of key inclusion activities like sponsorship and work life effectiveness. As part the GMS role within Catalyst, we build on knowledge gained with individual clients to drive impact into all our member organizations by determining key content and developing webinars, toolkits and other publications for our members and for Catalyst partner organizations (like Catalyst Member Service: Vital Signs) and by leading internal initiatives (like Member Impact Metrics and the Insight Learning Loop).
