2008 Catalyst Member Benchmarking
Research Project
The Catalyst Member Benchmarking Report, distributed since 2001, is designed to supplement the Catalyst Census of Women Board Directors of the Fortune 500 and the Catalyst Census of Women Corporate Officers and Top Earners of the Fortune 500 by providing benchmark data on the diversity of executive and pipeline levels that are not publicly available. In 2008, Catalyst expanded its global reach through the first-time participation of members of Japan Women’s Innovative Network (J-Win), Catalyst’s sister organization, which works with its member organizations to address diversity issues and advance women in the workplace in Japan.
