Credit Suisse is committed to promoting a partnership culture which attracts, retains, and develops diverse talent. Diversity & Inclusion is a global initiative closely aligned with the internal recruiting and talent management activities. In 2007 Credit Suisse Switzerland launched employee networks as part of its regional Diversity & Inclusion function in order to expand its US employee networks into other regions across the globe. The areas of focus of the Swiss employee networks are based both on employee needs and current topics of interest in the region. The initial four networks established at Credit Suisse Switzerland were the Multicultural Forum, the Women’s Network, the Families Network, and the LGBT Network. A Disability Interest Forum followed in 2008, and the 50+ Network was formed in 2009.
