Partners and Friends
Catalyst maintains relationships with organizations that share our goal of building inclusive workplaces and expanding opportunities for women and business. Associations are formal with partners and informal with friends. Our Corporate Board Services Partners advocate, as we do, for women on corporate boards. Our Census Partners and Friends produce censuses of women in leadership that we include in our Metrics offerings. Both are subsets of the following complete list:

Alliance for Board Diversity (ABD) is a collaboration of Catalyst, The Executive Leadership Council, and the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) that supports and advances the interests of executive women and minorities in the workplace.
American Bar Association (ABA)—The DirectWomen Institute is a collaboration between the American Bar Association and Catalyst to enable women lawyers to prepare for service as independent corporate directors.
The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) is the national professional organization for Certified Public Accountants. It offers members the resources, information, and leadership they need to provide valuable services to the public as well as employers and clients.
Businesswomen’s Association (BWA) is a South African nonprofit that helps businesswomen create connections on multiple dimensions—personal, professional and business—throughout their careers.
Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency (EOWA) is an Australian statutory authority that works with employers to improve equal opportunity outcomes for women in the workplace by delivering practical solutions, building strategic partnerships, and leading public debate to increase the rate of change.
Japan Women’s Innovative Network (J-Win) is a Japanese nonprofit dedicated to promoting diversity in the workplace. J-Win is a “sister” organization to Catalyst; we share knowledge about the advancement of women in Japan and globally.
