Jennifer Daniel-Davidson directs the organization’s financial, human resources, and administrative functions. She manages financial operations, evaluates overall fiscal performance, and provides strategic financial and investment leadership on fiscal issues, including development of the organizational strategy for diversifying the financial base. During her tenure at Catalyst, she has established the Financial and Human Resources/Administration operations at Catalyst’s headquarters in New York and in its regional offices: Sunnyvale, California; Toronto, Canada; and Zug, Switzerland. As past Chair and current member of the Catalyst Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council, she is credited with developing diversity management and training initiatives that infuse Catalyst values into all human resources processes.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Ms. Daniel-Davidson worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where her clients included investment companies and nonprofit organizations. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in taxation and auditing, she serves as a mentor for Women Unlimited, a mentorship development program for high-potential and executive women, and served formerly on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee for the Center Against Domestic Violence in New York City. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Financial Women’s Association. Ms. Daniel Davidson received her B.B.A. from Pace University.
