Sarah Dinolfo conducts research on women in businesses and firms to foster inclusive work environments with the aim of changing workplaces and changing lives. From her research and consulting experience with Fortune 500 companies in several industries, Ms. Dinolfo works with organizations to build diversity awareness and create more effective systems to even the workplace playing field. Ms. Dinolfo has expertise in mentoring, performance management, organizational change, workforce statistics, and work-life effectiveness.

From 2004 through June 2007, Ms. Dinolfo worked in Catalyst’s Western Region office, conducting large-scale organizational assessments and convening events to foster dialogue on gender diversity and inclusion. In her current role in the Research department, she co-authored and co-directed Making Mentoring Work  and related tools, co-authored Unwritten Rules: Why Doing a Good Job Might Not be Enough, and contributed to Engaging Men in Gender Initiatives: What Change Agents Need to Know. Ms. Dinolfo is currently examining generations in the workplace, mentoring and sponsorship, and serves on the Catalyst Award Evaluation Committee.

Ms. Dinolfo received her M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology from the State University of New York, Geneseo.
