Aimee Horowitz works closely with organizations to design and develop strategies that enhance diversity, increase use of flexibility as a business tool, and improve performance management processes. Ms. Horowitz has led client engagements in a wide range of industries and businesses, including high technology, financial services, pharmaceuticals, industry associations, and law. Ms. Horowitz is also an experienced speaker and workshop leader. She has taught courses as an adjunct professor at Columbia University and has developed and facilitated numerous workshops on topics ranging from career development to flexible work arrangements.
Ms. Horowitz comes to Catalyst with a strong background in consulting. Previously, she worked with Performance Management Inc., where she provided high-level consulting services in strategy development and design. In addition, she has worked as a Human Resources Communications Consultant with Hewitt Associates and William M. Mercer, assisting with the creation of strategies and communications that help articulate and affect organizations’ cultures, philosophies, and values. Ms. Horowitz has an M.A. in Organizational Psychology and a M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology, both from Columbia University. She received her B.A. summa cum laude from Tufts University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She also completed a business certificate program at the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
