Expertise | Biography
As the first participant in the Catalyst Europe Residential Program, Candice Morgan draws on her Advisory Services experiences and insights to help expand Catalyst’s European and global membership base. She is responsible for new member recruitment and business development activities, acting as a relationship manager for several European members, participating in advisory services engagements, and collaborating across the organization to develop strategies for attracting and supporting members. Ms. Morgan also works to build expertise on issues of inclusion across geographies, serving as a member of Catalyst’s Global Issue Specialty Team.
Ms. Morgan has a strong background in, and commitment to, improving intercultural dynamics. She completed an M.S. in Cross-Cultural Psychology at Brunel University (UK), where she conducted independent research on culture, identity, and inclusion. Ms. Morgan developed a background in social research at Carnegie Mellon University, where she earned a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. She received Carnegie Mellon’s Psychology Undergraduate Research Award for her thesis on ethnic identity and interpersonal relationships.
