  Expertise | Biography

Jennifer Kohler has worked on engagements with leading organizations in a variety of industries, conducting interviews and assessing workforce statistics, survey data, and interview data to help design targeted diversity and inclusion action plans.  Ms. Kohler also has experience in the Research department at Catalyst, where she assisted on a study of the unwritten rules in the workplace, as well as the 2007 Catalyst Census of Women Board Directors of the Fortune 500 and the 2007 Catalyst Census of Women Corporate Officers and Top Earners of the Fortune 500.

Prior to coming to Catalyst, Ms. Kohler was an analyst with The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., in the Human Capital Management division. Ms. Kohler received her M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, where she conducted research on work-life issues, women's employment patterns, and the "opt-out revolution." She received her B.A. in Sociology from Cornell University, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
