Rachel Soares has extensive experience working with quantitative and qualitative research methods in leadership, work-family, and health-related contexts. Recently, she focused on producing the 2008 Catalyst Census of Women Board Directors of the Fortune 500 and the 2008 Catalyst Census of Women Corporate Officers and Top Earners of the Fortune 500. She received her M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, Teachers College, and her B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from New York University.
