Catalyst Member Benchmarking

Catalyst Member Benchmarking assesses the scope of diversity and inclusion programs, policies, and initiatives at Catalyst member organizations through an annual survey. It also tracks gender and racial/ethnic diversity by level and global region.

Participants use the results to benchmark their diversity and inclusion initiatives and workforce statistics. They receive password-protected online access to the Catalyst Benchmarking Tool, which provides aggregated results, in-depth analysis of cutting-edge issues such as infrastructure, measurement, or strategic flexibility, and workforce statistics analyzed by global region, race, and ethnicity. The Tool allows participants to customize comparisons with all participants, those within specific geographies, industry peers, and Catalyst Award winners. Catalyst also produces the Catalyst Member Benchmarking Report, which makes selected findings available to the public.
