Catalyst's Corporate Board Services demonstrates our commitment to increasing the representation of women in the boardroom, which our research has shown is linked to higher corporate financial performance. We offer programs to organizations and to individual women from our member companies.

We help women executives at Catalyst member organizations position themselves for appointments to corporate boards by advising them on:

Boards Seeking Women Directors

We serve as a source of referrals for companies, firms, and other organizations seeking qualified women board candidates.

Partners

We partner with the American Bar Association (ABA), the Alliance for Board Diversity (ABD), and the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency (EOWA) to promote the issue of increasing the number of women on boards. We welcome inquiries from organizations interested in joining with us to promote gender diversity on corporate boards.
