Catalyst members join a rich global community of organizations striving to develop and improve ways to attract, retain, and advance women in the workplace. We offer two levels of membership.
- Global Membership: Access Catalyst resources in all areas of the world we serve, allowing you to respond to differences in markets, cultures, and employee practices.
- Regional Membership: Choose access to Catalyst benefits in either the United States, Canada, or Europe.
Annual Membership Fee Structure
- Global: $20,000/€16,000
- United States only: $10,000
- Canada only: $10,000 CDN
- Europe only: €10,000
- Subsidiary of an existing member in a different geography: $5,000/€5,000

- Invitation to participate in the annual Catalyst Member Benchmarking Survey, which allows you to interactively compare your diversity programs, accountability mechanisms, and workforce statistics to your competitors across geographies and industry sectors as well as to Catalyst Award winners through a web-based tool. The Catalyst Member Benchmarking Report also provides insights on different diversity topics each year.
