Catalyst is a nonprofit organization with offices in New York, Sunnyvale, CA, Toronto, and Zug, Switzerland. We are dedicated to building inclusive environments and expanding opportunities for women at work. Catalyst employs people from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of skills in our Research, Marketing and Public Affairs, Advisory Services, Development and Membership, and Finance, Human Resources, and IT departments.

Internships
Catalyst offers a variety of internships at all of our offices. Most internship positions are unpaid, but occasionally we have paid opportunities in our New York and Toronto offices. We welcome interest from students and others dedicated to advancing women in a full- or part-time internship.
