Caroline Pickard is based in the Netherlands and her responsibilities for Catalyst cover the Benelux and Nordic countries. In her role as an Ambassador for Catalyst Europe, Ms. Pickard regularly speaks within the corporate community about the practical issues surrounding diversity and talent management.
Ms. Pickard has extensive professional experience in multilingual corporate environments. She has held positions within logistics, recruitment, high-tech and the teaching and training sectors. As an independent professional since 2004, she has worked extensively with organizations, institutes and individuals to design and execute programs in language and communication.
Ms. Pickard is originally from the UK and has a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Bristol.
