Caroline is an experienced trainer, facilitator and speaker, specialising in inclusion, diversity and communication. She is originally from the UK, where she graduated with Honours in Geography from the University of Bristol, to be shortly followed by a move to the Netherlands, which quickly became home. After working in logistics, recruitment and high tech, in the early 2000’s Caroline swapped the office for the classroom in order to concentrate on training in academic and business English. Her interest in learning, discovery and communication in the professional context was further developed when, in 2011, she first began to work as an independent consultant and advisor for Catalyst, an association which continues to today.

Caroline continues to provide training in business English, and besides her work for Catalyst she works with a number of Dutch-based and global organisations to create, facilitate and deliver learning experiences for board, businesses, HR functions and educational institutions across the European region, and increasingly for the global business community. She advises on inclusion, equity and diversity strategy to corporate organisations and industry partners and regularly facilitates and executes networking meetings and events within the Netherlands and Belgium, as well as virtually. Caroline speaks regularly in both English and Dutch at public, client and in-company conferences and events within the corporate community about research into diversity, equity and inclusion and the issues surrounding its practical application in the corporate workplace. She is also a regular facilitator for Catalyst’s MARC (Men Advocating Real Change), Leading for Equity and Inclusion, and Future of Work programmes.
