Jennifer Daniel-Davidson
Jennifer Daniel-Davidson lead and oversaw Catalyst’s financial, human resources, and administrative operations. Under her leadership, the organization’s financial, talent management, legal, and administrative processes and infrastructures were streamlined and expanded to support and facilitate strategic growth priorities—including extending operations within North America and Europe and opening new offices in emerging markets, such as India. As CFO, Jennifer worked closely with corporate leaders on Catalyst’s Board of Directors and its Finance and Audit Committee Chairs, providing thought leadership on the organization’s investment strategies and setting Catalyst’s short- and long-term fiscal priorities and plans.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Jennifer worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where her clients included investment companies and nonprofit organizations. In addition to her role at Catalyst, she supports a number of other organizations dedicated to gender equality and women’s rights including Women Unlimited, a mentorship development program for high-potential and executive women and the Center Against Domestic Violence in New York City, where she has served as a Board member and Finance Committee Chair. Jennifer is Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in taxation and auditing and is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. She received her BBA from Pace University.
