Kerry Goodenow works on Catalyst’s Corporate Board Services (CBS) team and is responsible for engaging with Catalyst member companies that are interested in advancing senior-level women executives to directorships and diversifying their own boards. In this role, Ms. Goodenow develops events and communications, coordinates the Catalyst Corporate Board Resource, and supports WomenOnBoard® and the Catalyst Accord. Ms. Goodenow has advised hundreds of executive women as they pursue corporate directorships, and launched the Corporate Board Services Quarterly E-Newsletter.
In addition to her work on the CBS team, Ms. Goodenow serves on Catalyst’s Global Issue Specialty Team, which works internally to increase understanding of diversity and inclusion efforts in a global context. Ms. Goodenow serves on the evaluation committees of the Catalyst Award and Catalyst Canada Honours. She is also a member of the social media team, which shares Catalyst’s research and initiatives through our Twitter handle @catalystinc, as well as on Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Ms. Goodenow received her AB in History and Literature from Harvard University. She worked at a technology start-up in New York City prior to her role at Catalyst.
