Based in Calgary, Erin Leonty is a Member Relations Director encouraging member companies in Western Canada to connect, engage, inspire, and impact with Catalyst knowledge products, events, and services. In addition to her work with existing Catalyst members, Ms. Leonty informs non-member companies about why diversity matters, what myths and barriers are preventing diverse talent from thriving, and how a Catalyst membership can help them achieve business results by fostering an inclusive workplace. She encourages all employees, regardless of title, to be inclusive leaders. Prior to joining Catalyst, Ms. Leonty began her career in the commercial finance industry with General Electric and, most recently, was a manager with Deloitte’s Strategy & Operations Consulting group. During this time she co-led the GE Women’s Network in Western Canada and served on Deloitte’s Diversity Council in Calgary.
