Martha Feeback joined Catalyst in January 2011 to develop and support Catalyst member organizations in Texas by making them aware of Catalyst resources, research, and events on topics related to expanding opportunities for women and business. She is responsible for helping member organizations engage in diversity initiatives and raise the awareness of unconscious biases in the workplace. As a public speaker, Ms. Feeback's areas of expertise are the business case for diversity, the barriers to the advancement of women in the workplace, and engaging men in gender initiatives.

With an MBA and a strong background in Consumer Products and Corporate Marketing, she has worked with many large corporations across the country. Ms. Feeback was with Coca-Cola’s Fountain Field Sales Division as an Area Marketing Manager, where she built strategic plans for restaurant customers in the Southwest. Prior to Coca-Cola, Ms. Feeback was Marketing Director for Tele-Communications, Inc. She started her career in Brand Management at Procter & Gamble, working on the Crest and Scope brands.

Ms. Feeback earned her BS in Business from Miami University in Ohio and her MBA from the University of Washington.
