Nikki Lamba supports the development and expansion of Catalyst’s global membership strategy, with a focus on business development and current members. Working with leading global organizations, she recruits, develops, and supports Catalyst members in advancing their diversity and inclusion initiatives to make positive change for women in the workplace.
Ms. Lamba joined Catalyst in 2009 as a member of the department formerly known as Advisory Services (now known as Global Member Services), Catalyst’s global strategic consulting practice, where she specialized in strategy development, assessment review, facilitation, and implementation advisement.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Ms. Lamba worked in management consulting and project management roles in New York and London. She completed her MSc in Global Politics at The London School of Economics and Political Science, where she also served on the leadership committee of the Women in Business Society.
