Raina Lipsitz is a staff writer and editor at Catalyst. She coordinates the writing and editing of Catalyst’s official blog, Catalyzing, as well as the Ask A Woman blog on MARC. She writes letters related to Catalyst’s advocacy work and articles for magazines to which Catalyst contributes. She also oversees the editorial process for the Catalyst Canada Honours and Catalyst Awards Conference and Dinner programs. Her writing has appeared in The Atlantic (online), Kirkus Reviews, McSweeney’s, Nerve.com, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Ploughshares, and Salon. She writes and edits short stories about herself and others at imaginarymoney.com.
Ms. Lipsitz lives in Brooklyn and holds a Master’s degree in creative nonfiction from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree from Yale University.
