Aimee B. Horowitz has led many global client engagements in a wide range of industries and businesses. She has deep experience in strategy development and global talent management and regularly partners with clients to strengthen their sponsorship efforts, executive championship, and work-life effectiveness. Ms. Horowitz is also an experienced speaker and workshop leader. She has taught courses as an adjunct professor at Columbia University and has developed and facilitated numerous workshops.
 
Ms. Horowitz came to Catalyst with a strong background in consulting. Previously, she worked with Performance Management Inc., where she provided high-level consulting services in strategy development and design. In addition, she has worked as a Human Resources Communications Consultant with Hewitt Associates and William M. Mercer, assisting with the creation of strategies and communications that help articulate and affect organizations’ cultures, philosophies, and values. Ms. Horowitz has an MA in Organizational Psychology and an MEd in Counseling Psychology, both from Columbia University. She received her BA summa cum laude from Tufts University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She also completed a business certificate program at the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
