Candice Morgan works to build inclusion into work culture by designing and implementing strategic talent initiatives for companies and firms. Ms. Morgan has consulted with leading global organizations across a range of industries, including finance, professional services, healthcare, oil and gas, consumer goods, and information technology. Ms. Morgan was formerly based in Zürich, Switzerland, drawing on her Global Member Services experiences and insights to help expand Catalyst Europe services and membership. She presently leads consulting services engagements, is lead architect of the Employee Resource Leadership Initiative, and acts as a member liaison for several members based globally. Ms. Morgan is also a frequent speaker at conferences, corporate events, and universities across North America and Europe. Internally, she works to build expertise on cross-cultural inclusion as a member of Catalyst’s Global Issue Specialty Team, and acts as a topic expert in support of the Catalyst Award Evaluation Committee.
Ms. Morgan has a strong background in intercultural dynamics, having completed an MS in Cross-Cultural Psychology in the United Kingdom at Brunel University, where she conducted research on culture, nationality, and inclusion. Ms. Morgan studied social research and analytics at Carnegie Mellon University, where she earned a BS in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. She was the recipient of Carnegie Mellon’s Psychology Undergraduate Research Award for her senior thesis and presentation on ethnic identity and interpersonal relationships.
