Krista Brookman is a Vice President at Catalyst. In her role with the Catalyst Inclusive Leadership Initiative, she is leading a team to transform diversity research, expertise, and advocacy into innovative, skill-building leadership development experiences for leaders. She serves on Catalyst’s Diversity and Inclusion Council, is the co-lead of the Employee Resource Group specialty team, and is the relationship manager for several Catalyst member organizations.
Ms. Brookman has spent over 17 years in marketing and business development positions with her latest role at Deloitte. At Deloitte, Ms. Brookman directed the national marketing and communication efforts for Deloitte’s manufacturing practice where she developed the Women in Manufacturing initiative in collaboration with several manufacturing trade associations. In addition, Ms. Brookman served as the local marketing leader for Deloitte’s Women’s Initiative and Diversity & Inclusion programs.
In 2011, Ms. Brookman co-founded the Women's Affinity Alliance, which is the first collaborative resource group dedicated to the progressive development of corporate women's affinity/resource groups in the greater Milwaukee area.
In addition, Ms. Brookman is active in a number of professional and community business organizations serving on the board of directors for TEMPO, the advisory board for Women in Manufacturing, and is also a member of Milwaukee Women inc and Professional Dimensions. In 2013, Ms. Brookman was recognized as a “40 Under 40” by the Business Journal of Milwaukee.
Ms. Brookman received a BA and MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
