Great tool, only took 10-15minute! It helped me to reflect on effective strategies that I should continue to employ while identifying additional strategies I hadn't been taking full advantage of! Not only did I find this useful for myself, I will also use this as a guide when I provide mentees with advice about their career advancement!
Love this tool. It gave me context for some of the things I knew...I never really managed my career before..while I do have some great work experience and skill set, I did not effectively manage my career. I have been a Coaster for most of my career - Now I'm a hedger:) Thanks Catalyst!
