Michael Chamberlain is responsible for the care and keeping of the Catalyst brand. His primary responsibilities include assessing external perceptions of the organization by target audiences and creating consistent positioning across, and external to, Catalyst. Mr. Chamberlain also plans and oversees all events related to Catalyst Research initiatives, member and non-member convening opportunities, and the annual Catalyst Awards Conference and Dinner.
Mr. Chamberlain joined Catalyst in 2005 as a member of the Advisory Services group, working with organizations to assess their workplace environments and develop customized strategies to further workplace diversity and inclusion. Mr. Chamberlain is an advisor to Catalyst’s Mentoring and Employee Resource Group Issue Specialty Team and the LGBT Affinity Group, working specifically to build internal expertise. Mr. Chamberlain frequently speaks to corporate audiences and the media on these topics, as well as engaging men in gender initiatives and women’s leadership.
Mr. Chamberlain received his M.B.A. in International Business Management from the University of Rhode Island, winning the Michael Roher Memorial Award for academic excellence and contributions toward the M.B.A. program. He graduated magna cum laude with Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and French from the University of Rhode Island.
