Based in Toronto, Vandana Juneja is a Member Relations Manager working with member companies in Ontario, encouraging them to connect, engage, inspire, and impact with Catalyst knowledge products, events, and services. In addition to her work with existing Catalyst members, Ms. Juneja informs non-member companies about why diversity matters, what myths and barriers are preventing diverse talent from thriving, and how Catalyst membership can help them achieve business results by fostering an inclusive workplace. Ms. Juneja is also a member of the Evaluation Committee for the Catalyst Canada Honours, a signature program at Catalyst that recognizes individual Canadian business leaders for their efforts to champion the advancement of women.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Ms. Juneja practiced law, following which she worked as a manager in the Global Diversity and Inclusion groups of two of Canada’s leading financial institutions where she focused on women’s initiatives and advising Employee Resource Groups. In pursuing her passion for empowering women, she has also worked as a Research Associate for the Pay Equity Task Force (Department of Justice) and traveled to Vietnam with an NGO in partnership with the University of Toronto to evaluate and report back on a micro-finance project designed to help women living in poverty to understand and enter the mainstream banking system.
Ms. Juneja holds a B.Comm. from McMaster University, an MBA from the University of Windsor, and an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa.
