Shanna R. Daniels, PhD, served as a research fellow on the gender, race, and ethnicity research team. Shanna conducted analyses and served as a thought partner as Catalyst expanded our research on intersecting identities globally. She has published leading-edge research in her field and has a wealth of experience on gender, race, discrimination, and incivility in the workplace.

Shanna earned her PhD in organizational behavior from Tulane University, Masters in Education from Vanderbilt University, and BA from Fisk University.
