Alliance for Board Diversity (ABD)
This collaboration between Catalyst, The Executive Leadership Council (ELC), the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR), and Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics, Inc. (LEAP), with the support and guidance of Diversified Search, promotes parity in the boardroom and produces the Missing Pieces: Women and Minorities on Fortune 500 Boards census every two years.
DirectWomen
This innovative initiative of the American Bar Association and Catalyst is the only program specifically designed to identify, develop, and support a select group of accomplished senior women attorneys in order to provide the qualified directors that boards of U.S. companies need, while promoting the independence and diversity required for good corporate governance.
US 30% Club and 30% Club Canada
The US 30% Club and Catalyst partner closely through the Future Female Directors program to engage women board candidates in Catalyst Women On Board™. Catalyst and the 30% Club Canada partnered to host Corporate Board Summit: Solutions to Accelerate Progress at the 2016 Catalyst Canada Honours. The summit convened Canadian business leaders, regulatory agency officials, and board diversity advocates to partner and share effective strategies for companies to diversify their boards.
