Catalyst President & CEO Lorraine Hariton was honored with the first Women’s Leadership Champion Award from University of Virginia Darden School of Business this fall.
The Award was presented by Women Business Collaborative (WBC) CEO Edie Fraser as part of the university’s inaugural Women in Leadership Summit on September 23.
In a fireside chat with Mary Margaret Frank, Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Development, Hariton shared insights from her own life and leadership journey with early-career leaders in the audience.
“My friendships, my relationships, the network of women that have supported each other together have really made my career,” she said.
