Kathrina Robotham, PhD is a data-driven DEI thought leader passionate about using her research background to create evidence-based insights and actionable solutions that help organizations achieve their DEI goals. At Catalyst, Kathy leads research on workplace issues across gender, race, and ethnicity and women’s well-being. Prior to joining
Catalyst, Kathy received her PhD in psychology from the University of Michigan with an affiliation in Gender & Feminist Psychology and a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Her research has been featured in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and Fortune.
