Martha Feeback was the Senior Director, Corporate Engagement, for Catalyst. Connecting over 800 Supporter companies to a strong network of business leaders around the world, Catalyst helps leaders leverage their talent in their workforce to produce stronger results. Today, Catalyst is the leading nonprofit organization working globally to accelerate progress for women through workplace inclusion. The Catalyst Award recognizes organizations with outstanding achievements in the areas of diversity and inclusion.
Martha developed and supported Catalyst Supporter organizations by making them aware of Catalyst resources, research, and events on topics related to opportunities for women and business. She was responsible for helping Supporter organizations engage in diversity initiatives and raise the awareness of unconscious biases in the workplace. As a public speaker, Martha’s area of expertise at Catalyst involved the business case for diversity, the barriers to the advancement of women in the workplace, and inclusive leadership.
Martha’s prior work experience includes a strong background in Consumer Products and Corporate Marketing with The Coca-Cola Company, Tele-Communications Inc., and Procter and Gamble. Martha earned her BS in Business from Miami University in Ohio and her MBA from the University of Washington.
