Jessica Sarolli
Jessica joined Catalyst in 2021 and was responsible for providing real-time advisement to Catalyst Supporter organizations on a wide variety of topics related to diversity and inclusion. She brought 14+ years of experience helping organizations identify and implement strategic priorities and transformations using a data-driven approach. Jessica is passionate about DEIB with a particular interest in making workplaces more inclusive for working mothers. Before joining Catalyst, Jessica worked at Ernst & Young in the People Advisory Services practice where she helped Fortune 500 organizations navigate the people impacts of transformation programs of all sizes. She previously worked in the Finance/Banking industry.
Jessica holds a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Sweet Briar College.
