We need workplaces that work for all women at all levels and where everyone can thrive,” said Deborah Gillis, President and CEO, Catalyst. “The 2018 Catalyst Awards mark an opportunity to not only convene global business leaders who are willing to share their knowledge and expertise—helping to shape ideas about gender equality in the workplace—but it is an unparalleled platform to recognize some of the world’s most powerful companies for driving change and taking a no-holds-barred approach to make progress happen for women.”
Over more than 30 years, Catalyst has recognized 88 corporate initiatives at 82 organizations around the world. Last year’s Catalyst Award-winning initiatives were: 3M, I’m In. Accelerating Women’s Leadership; BMO Financial Group, Diversity and Inclusion Renewal for Sustainable Change; and Rockwell Automation, The Culture of Inclusion Journey.
