Catalyst, working to ensure inclusion remains a workplace priority, adds proven executive talent to leadership team

New York, April 24, 2025 — Catalyst, the global nonprofit with a mission of advancing women through workplace inclusion, today announced the appointment of three new executives to its leadership team: Trenesa Danuser, Chief Communications Officer and Chief of Staff; Sayo Martin, Chief Marketing and Experience Officer; and Laura Neville, Chief Product Officer. 

These new hires bring critical expertise to Catalyst, the 60+ year organization that has long been at the forefront of supporting global companies accelerating progress for women through workplace inclusion. Their appointments reinforce the nonprofit’s continued commitment to creating workplaces where women of all backgrounds, identities and experiences can thrive.

Trenesa Danuser, Chief Communications Officer and Chief of Staff

Trenesa Danuser will play an integral role in enhancing Catalyst’s global presence through impactful communication as Chief Communications Officer and work as a cross-functional strategic advisor within the senior leadership team as Chief of Staff. Prior to Catalyst, she served as the chief communications officer for Hudson Bay Company | Saks Global and as global head of branding, communications and community outreach for Streetworks Development, where she helped develop and execute communications strategies for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of North American real estate properties. In that role, Danuser ensured that a commitment to corporate and social responsibility remained at the forefront of all brand operations.

Sayo Martin, Chief Marketing and Experience Officer

Sayo Martin is a dynamic and visionary marketing leader with a track record of transforming customer experiences, driving brand growth and leading high-performing teams. With deep expertise across industries, she blends creativity, data-driven strategy and meaningful partnerships to build impactful marketing and customer experience programs. As Catalyst’s Chief Marketing and Experience Officer, Martin is responsible for developing and executing a cohesive marketing and customer experience strategy. Before joining Catalyst, she held leadership roles at Deloitte, Teach For America and Samsung, where she spearheaded award-winning campaigns and digital experiences. She is a board member of Capital B, a nonprofit local news organization focused on Black communities around the country.

Laura Neville, Chief Product Officer

Laura Neville brings more than 20 years of experience in SaaS, digital curriculum product and platform development, and product leadership. As Catalyst’s first Chief Product Officer, she is responsible for defining and delivering on Catalyst’s product vision, strategy and roadmap to help companies evolve their workplace inclusion programs. She joined Catalyst from EVERFI, a leading international education technology company focused on driving social change through digital education. As EVERFI’s chief product officer, Neville was responsible for the product development lifecycle, from strategic ideation to curriculum development and the end-to-end user experience, including pricing and delivery to market.

With these appointments, Catalyst will deepen its impact and continue supporting companies in building inclusive workplaces where women and everyone can thrive.
