Alix Pollack

Alix Pollack is a DEI executive, researcher, facilitator, and leader of Catalyst’s MARC™ (Men Advocating Real Change™) initiative, which inspires men to leverage their unique opportunity and responsibility to be advocates for equity. Pollack is a recognized expert on the topic of engaging men in equity and inclusion and is a passionate advocate herself. Across nearly a decade of work at Catalyst, she has authored many research reports, including most recently “How Men Respond to Sexism in a Climate of Silence.” Prior to joining Catalyst, her experience includes advising the Côte D’Ivoire Mission at the United Nations on post-conflict re-integration programming for women and girls, and public health fieldwork in Bangladesh focused on maternal and child health.
