Lara Kallander, PhD, MAPP, is a versatile professional with a comprehensive background in science as a researcher, lecturer, and leader. She has 18 years of experience doing drug discovery research at GlaxoSmithKline, a leading pharmaceutical company. She is a dynamic speaker on many topics, and she successfully led scientific discovery teams and chemistry groups by creating a thriving work environment. She was a Research Fellow contributing to the Future of Work at Catalyst.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Lara earned a PhD in chemistry from Stanford University and a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to working at Catalyst, Lara is a professional coach.
