Leela Wilson

Leela Wilson is the Chief Revenue Officer at Catalyst leading the Global Revenue and Supporter Success team that works with over 450 Supporter companies around the world. She is responsible for all revenue generation and stewardship of donations (including Development), growing Catalyst’s Supporter base, deepening engagement with Supporters, and creating the community engagement strategy for ERGs, CEOs, and MARC to name a few. Prior to joining Catalyst, she worked at Evanta, a Gartner Company, where she most recently served as VP of Strategy and Operations.

Leela is an accomplished executive with 20 years’ experience, having held roles in sales, account management, strategy, integration, and product development. Additionally, she led a functional practice group as the leader of CEB, now Gartner’s, HR advisory practice, serving heads of HR and Diversity and Inclusion. She also brings a global perspective, having worked and lived in the UK, Asia, Australia, and the United States. She has been committed to and passionate about the advancement of women throughout her career and led diversity and inclusion efforts in both her HR position and as part of the Women at Gartner Board.

Leela holds a bachelor’s degree with honours from The University of Warwick in the United Kingdom. She lives with her husband and daughter in Portland, Oregon. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
