Lia Peralta
Lia worked cross-functionally to develop and execute a social media strategy that amplified Catalyst’s thought leadership, built our community engagement, enhanced our brand, and drove follower acquisition and conversions.
She was previously the Senior Manager of Content and Communications at the Save The Music Foundation, where she created a viral hashtag campaign that garnered more than 200 million video views, was shortlisted for a Shorty Award, and featured in Forbes as a case study for how nonprofits can use social media to increase donations and boost visibility. Prior to this role, she worked at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center where she managed platforms for three of the hospital’s fundraising events.
She is a graduate of Penn State where she delivered a keynote speech at the College of Communications’ Social Media Summit. Based in Hoboken, New Jersey, she enjoys traveling, watching college football, and going to concerts.
