She also serves on Catalyst’s AI Task Force and served for four years on the Catalyst Award Evaluation Committee. In her role as Deputy General Counsel, Megan:
- Partners closely with the marketing and products teams to leverage Catalyst’s extensive intellectual property portfolio to drive Catalyst’s continued growth and success on a global scale. She also develops and implements strategies for ensuring global protection of Catalyst’s brand identity;
- Collaborates with the revenue and finance functions to build efficient, modern, and technology forward contracting policies and procedures; and
- Works closely with the General Counsel on broad a range of risk management and governance issues.
Megan brings over 15 years of general corporate, governance, transactional, intellectual property, and non-profit experience both as outside and in-house counsel. She has advised companies on operating, legal, strategic, and structural issues, including reorganizations, middle market financing, and M&A transactions. She has also worked with companies in overseeing compliance programs, HR and employee matters, and outside counsel, both domestic and international. She has regularly advised boards of directors and executives on fiduciary duties and best practices.
