Megan Kincaid Kramer
Vice President, Community Growth and Engagement
Megan Kincaid Kramer joined Catalyst in 2004 as an assistant. Over the past two decades she has played content and fundraising roles on the Events team and eventually led the team, strategy, and execution of Catalyst’s global events including the Catalyst Awards Conference and Dinner. In her current role as the Vice President, Community Growth and Engagement, Megan is responsible for Catalyst’s community-first strategy and building high value community experiences to advance Catalyst’s mission. She also oversees the Advancing Women pillar which aims to increase the representation of women in corporate leadership and promote equal access to career opportunities.
Megan is a TEDx speaker and an active volunteer in her community. Prior to joining Catalyst, she worked in executive recruiting and graduated summa cum laude with a BA degree in Anthropology and a minor in Marketing from Binghamton University.
