As the Director, Digital Audiences, Melissa is responsible for developing and executing audience and distribution strategies that promote Catalyst’s mission, research, products, and events; engage our core audience; reach new professional audiences; and amplify our impact in the digital space. Melissa works closely with Global Marketing and Communications, partners with Research and Development, and uses analytics, research, and insights to introduce Catalyst research and products to new audiences across the globe and build loyalty with existing audiences.
Melissa is digital marketing architect who has held various management roles within both start-up and established brand environments where she has proven her ability to effectively scale organizations on an international level. As an experienced innovator with over 16 years in multi-channel and various platform brand awareness and growth marketing strategies, digital transformation, and product marketing, Melissa carries a global understanding of business ROI, leadership, KPI development and user engagement strategies within a multitude of industries and sectors. She excels at blending media execution, performance marketing and analytics to create go-to market strategies from the ground up for all-sized budgets.
