Sanjuana "SJ" Coronado
SJ played a key role in supporting the development and success of Catalyst’s internal Learning and Development initiative. She was responsible for coordination and project management of internal learning programs across Catalyst, including scheduling, enrollment, operations and delivery support, maximizing participation and tracking results. She also helped to design and build curricula, curate learning resources, and created and maintained systems to ensure learning was sustainable and aligned with employee learning and development needs and organizational priorities.
SJ earned her M.S. in Educational Human Resource Development with a focus in Adult Education from Texas A&M University in May of 2021. Prior to this, SJ accumulated over a decade of experience in sales, business management, human resources (learning and development), and data analytics in various industries, from oil and gas to health and wellness. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of Houston (Downtown) in 2011. SJ’s passion is serving everyone she encounters, specifically individuals from minority and underrepresented groups through intentional and strategic outreach. SJ creates successful learning environments through her unique blend of feminist and humanist pedagogy to create synergy within teams and organizations.
