As Senior Associate, Central Desk, Simona supports global organizations towards the goal of a more diverse and inclusive workplace. Her experience in relationship management was acquired while working in a variety of sectors: prior to joining Catalyst, Simona has worked in education, travel and, more recently, technology.

Currently based in Switzerland, Simona grew up in Italy, where she obtained a MSc in Biotechnology. She spends her spare time making music, reading, or enjoying nature with family and friends. Simona speaks Italian, English, German and Spanish.
