Venessa is a Director, Knowledge Curation, Repackaging, and Solution Design. Venessa leads Catalyst Practices, which profile leading-edge organizational DEI strategies, initiatives, and programs, and is also a member of the Catalyst Honours selection committee. Venessa holds a Master’s of Library Science from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Women’s Studies from the University of Dayton.
