Victoria Kuketz

Victoria Kuketz joined Catalyst in April 2023 and plays a key role in working with Supporters in Catalyst’s Canadian region. Victoria is an established public policy, communications, and engagement professional focused on social impact. Her mission is to accelerate growth and momentum on innovation, inclusion, and the protection of democracy. She is passionate about engaging people and systems to cultivate community and collective effort towards positive societal change and a better future of work for all.
Victoria designs C-Suite thought leadership strategies, builds partnerships and community, hosts national dialogues, and leads large-scale projects. She is a highly skilled relationship builder and creates through the lenses of equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
Prior to joining Catalyst, she was the Manager of Stakeholder and Member Relations at the Digital Research Alliance of Canada and worked in service of building equitable, world-class digital research infrastructure for Canadian public researchers and research institutions. She is also a proud Public Policy Forum alum where she contributed to growing and supporting an engaged community of 250+ member organizations and great policy minds, all with the goal of creating good policy for a better Canada. In 2022, she was named a PPF Fellow in Democracy. Victoria is a committed volunteer, a conscious leader, and a life-long ally. She remains dedicated to serving community and does so by hosting the Democracy Dialogues at TMU’s Democratic Engagement Exchange. Victoria holds an HBA and a Masters degree from the University of Toronto.
