For many women, menopause can be a challenging time, especially when it comes to managing symptoms while working.
According to a report by the Menopause Foundation of Canada, menopause costs roughly $237M annually in lost productivity, while women see $3.3B in lost income due to either a reduction in their hours and or pay or from leaving the workforce. These statistics highlight the urgent need for better support in the workplace.
Attendees of this roundtable will learn about the role of organizations in supporting those going through menopause. This event aims to raise awareness about the impact of menopause on women in the workplace and to provide practical guidance for organizations to support their employees.
